Are you not satisfied with your order? We are very sorry to hear that and would like to know what we can do to make you happy.
You can return your order within 30 days, and we will ensure that the purchase amount is credited to your bank account within 14 working days after receiving the return shipment.
Conditions for returns:
- Products must be returned in their original condition and with labels and tags attached.
- The product must not show any signs of use.

- Step 1: Fill in the return form.
- Step 2: Send the items along with the completed return form. Make sure to provide the package with a Track and Trace code.
- Step 3: Receive the remaining amount in your account. Once we have received your package, Mando home will ensure that the outstanding amount is credited back to your bank account within 5 working days after receipt.
NOTE: Return shipping costs are at the buyer's expense.
Return address:
If you have purchased a product that you want to return, it may need to be sent back to the warehouse in China. Please note that the costs for returning the product are your responsibility. This is because shipping costs from China are often high, and it is not feasible for the seller to cover these costs.
To return the product, you must contact the seller and request a return address in China. After you have received the return address, you can carefully package and send the product to the specified address. Make sure to protect the product well during transport and choose a traceable shipping method so you can track when the package is delivered.
When the product arrives at the warehouse in China, the seller will inspect the product to determine if it is in good condition and meets the return conditions. If these conditions are met, the seller will proceed with refunding the purchase amount. Please note that it may take some time before you receive your money back, depending on the seller's processing time and the bank.
All in all, returning products to the warehouse in China can be a complicated and costly process. Therefore, it is important to be well informed about the return conditions and the costs involved before making a purchase.
