Exchanging and returning
Are you not satisfied with your order? We are very sorry to hear that and would like to know what we can do to make you satisfied.
You can return your order within 30 days, and we will ensure that the purchase amount is credited to your bank account within 14 working days after receiving the return shipment.
Conditions for returning:
- Products must be returned in their original condition and with labels and tags attached.
- The product must show no signs of use.

- Step 1: Fill in the return form.
- Step 2: Send the items together with the completed return form. Make sure to provide the package with a Track and Trace code.
- Step 3: Receive the remaining amount in your account. Once we have received your package, Mando home will ensure that the outstanding amount is credited to your bank account within 5 working days after receipt.
NOTE: The return costs are at the buyer’s expense.
Return address:
If you have purchased a product that you want to return, it may be necessary to send it back to the warehouse in China. Please note that the costs for returning the product are at your own expense. This is because the shipping costs from China are often high, and it is not feasible for the seller to cover these costs.
To send the product back, you must contact the seller and ask for a return address in China. After you have received the return address, you can carefully pack the product and send it to the given address. Make sure to protect the product well during transport and choose a traceable shipping method so you can track when the package is delivered.
When the product arrives at the warehouse in China, the seller will inspect the product to determine if it is in good condition and meets the return conditions. If these conditions are met, the seller will proceed with refunding the purchase amount. Please note that it may take some time before you receive your money back, depending on the processing time of the seller and the bank.
All in all, returning products to the warehouse in China can be a complicated and costly process. Therefore, it is important to be well informed about the return conditions and the costs involved before making a purchase.
