Not satisfied with your order? We are very sorry to hear that, and we would be happy to hear what we can do to make you satisfied.
You can return your order within 30 days, and we will ensure that the purchase amount is credited to your bank account within 14 business days after receiving the return shipment.
Return conditions:
- Products must be returned in their original condition and with labels and tags attached.
- The product must not show any signs of use.

- Step 1: Complete the return form.
- Step 2: Send the items together with the completed return form. Make sure the package has a Track and Trace code.
- Step 3: Receive the remaining amount in your account. Once we have received your package, Mando home will ensure that the outstanding amount is credited to your bank account within 5 business days of receipt.
PLEASE NOTE: Return costs are the buyer's responsibility.
Return address:
When you have purchased a product that you wish to return, you may need to send it back to the warehouse in China. Please note that the costs of returning the product are your own responsibility. This is because shipping costs from China are often high, making it impractical for the seller to cover these costs.
To return the product, you must contact the seller and request a return address in China. Once you have received the return address, you can carefully package the product and ship it to the specified address. Make sure to protect the product properly during transport and choose a trackable shipping method so that you can see when the package has been delivered.
Once the product has arrived at the warehouse in China, the seller will inspect it to determine whether it is in good condition and meets the return conditions. If these conditions are met, the seller will proceed with refunding the purchase amount. Please note that it may take some time to receive your money back, depending on the seller's and bank's processing times.
All in all, returning products to the warehouse in China can be a complicated and costly process. Therefore, it is important to be well informed about the return conditions and associated costs before making a purchase
